Hi Lisa. I love salmon cakes and forget about them, but they make such a lovely meal with a fresh green salad. Thanks for a reminder and a lovely recipe to go with it!
Fresh green salad sounds perfect. I forget about these also! lol
We are having salmon tonight…how timely that I came across your recipe. Might have to try it if the baby lets me have some time in the kitchen later (he’s teething…eeks!) Would love for you to share at http://iamaddictedtorecipes.blogspot.com/p/link-party.html
Have a great day!
I hope the baby gave you a sec to whip these up! lol Thanks for the invite.. I will hop on over!
Baby did…yay!! And so I made salmon cakes similar to yours using what I had on hand at home – thanks so much! They were well received by the whole family!
Baby loves mommy!
so easy, love it! thanks for sharing with us at Allergy Free Wednesdays…don’t forget to link back the hop!
Oh Thanks Tessa. I forgot to link it back.
I saw your comment @ Adrienne’s….this type of recipe is great! gluten free bread crumbs are an easy enough sub….and as far as the top 8 goes, there is only eggs here! Perfect!
Thanks Tessa! I did not realize at first it was allergy free link party! lol So, I felt bad that it was not perfected. But, yes if we use gluten free breadcrumbs and even an egg substitute it can be an awesome allergy free recipe! Not to mention, vegetarian! Thanks..:)
YUM! Those look delicious!
Salmon cakes rock!!! So good for you!
